Judith Rappold develops customer service evaluation systems for private companies, nonprofits, and government agencies. She has written two books on service evaluation, Starting Your Mystery Shopping Business and Get Paid to Shop: Opportunities in Mystery Shopping. She is a founder and current president of the International Association of Service Evaluators, an organization devoted to professionalism and quality improvement in mystery shopping.
Betty Hendricks is our office manager. She hires shoppers, coordinates shopping assignments, and monitors the quality of reports. Betty receives and processes orders for our publications.
Mo Brantley researches, writes, and formats publications and marketing communications at Business Resources. She analyzes the data from our shoppers for our reports, and also designed and maintains our website.
